Mendez puts Broncos on top

The Broncos are ahead going into the 5th, thanks to Mario Mendez's one-out solo blast to left field.

The Broncos could have done a bit more damage, but left 2 on.

Tijerina also had his first strong inning of the game, mowing the Colts down in order in the 4th.

You can't say the Colts haven't had their chances though. They stranded nine baserunners in the first 3 innings.
