Bartlett bringin' the heat

It was another solid inning for Bartlett, who threw a 1-2-3 in the 4th.

In four innings, he's allowed one earned run on four hits while striking out six. Three of those six Ks have been to Tyrone Pendergrass.

He's walked two.

Prior to the game, Broncos GM gushed about Bartlett's curveball -- "Major league quality" -- and it's showing tonight. Hitters are looking flat-out confused.

The lefty Bartlett throws his curve at 88 mph, the same as his fastball.
