Improved 'D'

One thing is glaringly obvious tonight: the defensive fielding is so much better from the Broncos. Ground balls aren't getting loose or misplayed, and it's a huge difference.

There's better concentration and focus.

Schon pitched a 1-2-3 inning in the 3rd and has allowed no hits and one walk through 3. But he's had tremendous support behind him, particularly from the likes of Tinius and Reyes.

It's a mystery why the Broncos can't put forth the same defensive effort every night.
