RGV cuts into deficit

By way of the worst defensive inning in minor league baseball history -- OK, I may be exaggerating -- the Broncos now only lead 6-5 into the 5th.

The WhiteWings scored five runs on four hits in the 4th but were aided by three Broncos errors, two by David Cardona.

Cardona committed his miscue on the same play, on Allen Casey's at-bat in which Casey easily made his way all around to score as the Broncos batted the ball around.

Casey was credited with a two-run double on the play.

Also contributing for RGV in the inning were Angel Reyes (RBI single).
